Problem

We should auto fill the existing ExecutionInput when start a new execution in ExecutionDetails tab.

Solution

Allow the CDN bundle to pass back the ExecutionInput when invoking startExecutionMessageHandler and added ExecutionInput parameter to executeStateMachine command.
